Overview

Volgon has two very unique and team-defining traits - Superconductivity allows for incredibly synergistic teams to be built, particularly around physical attackers that can be amped by Purgation. Short Circuit shuts down opposing teams that require strong buffs to get going. Volgon isn't the bulkiest and has a very easily resisted attacking type, but makes for a very interesting support with Purgation, Cage, and Willpower Drain.

Volgon, like its mythical bretheren, has quite a lot of powerful, unique capabilities, let down by a couple large weaknesses. In Volgon's case, it has two insanely useful traits that allow its wielder additional creativity or control over the game by virtue of existing. In addition it have a massive special attack stat and access to a slew of great offensive and supportive moves. Its signature attack, Ampere Outburst, is a very useful attack when used at a key point of opportunity.

Superconductivity pairs really well with practically any tem that needs a synergy to thrive, so it would be a very long list. This TV spread and moveset can do just fine with Superconductivity, though you may want Purgation on a physical attacking team.
